These Terms govern use of Raindance AI Video at raindanceaivideo.app. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Raindance AI Video. Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy before creating an account, submitting photos or making a purchase. Contact us using the email below with questions.

By clicking to generate a video or preview, you agree to these Terms, including the photo permissions and acceptable-use requirements below.

Raindance AI Video creates AI videos from the photos you submit. The generation interface describes the available settings and credit cost. The checkout identifies the price, currency and purchase terms before you pay. Creating an account or selecting a photo does not itself place a paid order.

The Service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement where you live. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not use another person’s account, impersonate someone or create accounts to evade restrictions or repeatedly claim a limited offer.

When you request a video or preview, you confirm that you own or have permission to use every photo you submit, that everyone shown is at least 18 years old and has agreed to appear in the AI-generated video, and that no one shown is a celebrity or public figure. Do not use photos of minors, celebrities or public figures. Possessing a photo does not necessarily give you permission to alter or publish someone’s likeness.

Before submitting photos for generation, make sure the people shown understand and agree to processing by the external AI providers described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit intimate images, sexual exploitation, threats, hateful abuse or material that infringes privacy, intellectual property or likeness rights. Do not use the Service for deceptive impersonation, false endorsements, harassment, fraud or unlawful activity. Do not bypass security, account or payment controls.

You retain any rights you hold in material you provide. You allow us and the service providers needed to fulfill your request to store, transmit and process it for generation, delivery, security and support. This permission does not allow us to publish your private photos as advertising.

Examples and guides illustrate a creative workflow, not a guarantee of a particular result or completion time. AI can change appearance, movement, clothing, scenery and timing. Review any result before sharing it.

The Service does not provide a license to the song “Raindance” or other music. Obtain any necessary rights before adding music or publishing content, and follow the destination platform’s rules, including applicable AI-content labeling requirements.

Rights in an AI result depend on applicable law and rights in its source material. We do not promise that a result is unique, copyrightable or cleared for every commercial use.

Raindance AI Video is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Dave, Tems, their record labels, TikTok, CapCut or the Raindance Film Festival.

The offer and checkout show the price, currency, included credits, any expiry and any recurring billing terms before payment. Stripe processes payments. Credits provide access to the service and are not transferable currency.

Credits for a generation are reserved when the request is submitted and settled once on successful delivery. A confirmed failure without delivery releases the reservation. A pending or uncertain result is reconciled before its credits are finalized; recovering the same task does not create a second generation charge.

Contact support about incorrect charges, generation failures or refund requests. Our Refund Policy explains how requests are reviewed. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund or consumer remedy.

Report unauthorized use of your likeness or work to support with enough information to locate the material and understand the concern. Do not send unnecessary sensitive documents. We may ask for information reasonably needed to assess the report.

We may restrict access or remove material where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect people or comply with law. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the action and consider reports of an error. A good-faith complaint or lawful payment dispute is not itself a violation.

Features may change or be interrupted by maintenance or provider outages. We will update these Terms when the Service changes and provide additional notice of material changes where required. Revised prices will not apply retroactively to an accepted order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your non-waivable rights and access to courts under applicable law remain available.
